DESCRIPTION:
It is made of E-glass fiberglass yarn , The fabric construction has two layers surface linked by Vertical yarn/pile, It is compatible with polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy resin and widely used in hand lay up products, such as marine, double wall tank, automotive parts,railway vehicles, sports apparatus and other areas !

Standard width: 61cm, 63.5cm, 127cm,128cm,130cm,150cm.
Max Thickness:25mm
Pile’s density and height can adjust upon customers’ requirement.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Fiber-Resin Rate:1 :0.9-1:1.5
2. Put about 40% of desired resin quantity on the surface of the mould.
3. Put 3D fabric into the resin layer and roll the fabric firmly from the center outwards with Hair Roller.
4. Put balance desired resin on the fabric .
5. Roll the top face of fabric to get plain surface. Roll in weft direction can get Max height .
